REIKI

Shana is a Reiki Master and is Courting Reiki Certified. She is in the direct Reiki lineage of Dr. Mikao Usui, the founder of Reiki, who discovered a key to unlocking life energy, including eternal life energy, and whole-person centered wisdom healing. Some other names and words used to describe this Divine healing energy include The Holy Spirit, Source, Ki and Chi.  

Reiki involves the laying-on of hands of the body, aura or can be done by remotely viewing the being. The methodology and placement of hands is guided in divine wisdom and through special training. Reiki is so commonly accepted, even several top-rated medical facilities use it as part of healing their patients, offering more than just healing the past, present and future. It can deepen spirituality, awareness, intuition, empathy and compassion.

Because Reiki is a mindful-based practice and can be a form of meditation, there are health benefits associated with this healing practice. Some of these include reducing stress and reducing the impact of many stress related medical issues, reducing anxiety by regulating the two parts of the autonomic nervous system -- sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, may improve depression, may improve self-awareness, can improve sleep, can help control pain and may reduce blood pressure. She combines remote viewing and telekinesis with energy seeing and feeling to break homeostasis or deepen wisdom for enriched healing and progress. This is used with both people and animals.

Shana does help mother beings bring life into this world. By sending energy to babies and mothers, she helps welcome new life and old souls into this realm.
