Ambassador Shāna Boutté, MA, IMC, MLC is a United Nations Ambassador, award-winning public speaker, author, and licensed coach specializing in mindful-based mental health and disability advocacy. With more than 20 years of experience—and lived expertise as a person with autism and multiple learning disabilities—she empowers individuals, families, and institutions to create inclusive, supportive, and independent life pathways for people with intellectual, developmental, and trauma-related disabilities.
A certified expert in autism, trauma-informed care, and transpersonal psychology, Shāna provides person-centered services across the lifespan. Some examples are social skills development, independent living coaching, educational and employment support, and sexuality with neurodiversity for individuals with disabilities. She also consults with schools, employers, law enforcement, government leaders, and faith-based organizations on disability awareness, accessibility, and human rights.
Through advocacy, coaching, and transformational education, Shāna helps clients build meaningful relationships, personal confidence, and safe community engagement—while training families and professionals to do the same. Her mission is simple: to ensure every person with a disability has the dignity, rights, and opportunities to thrive.
